The heartbeat of the African bush.

No safari soundtrack is complete without the Impala - an animal so abundant, so graceful, and so perfectly adapted that it has become the defining antelope of the African savanna. The ram's elegant lyre-shaped horns sweep back in a smooth S-curve, and this miniature replica preserves that signature silhouette along with every bony ridge and texture of the original skull.

Each Skullie begins with a real, ethically sourced skull that is laser-scanned to sub-millimetre precision. The digital model is scaled down to roughly 1:6 and 3D printed in eco-friendly, biodegradable resin. Every piece then goes through a hand-finished wash-and-cure process, which means no two Skullies are exactly alike - subtle variations in the finishing make each one uniquely yours.

A palm-sized tribute to one of Africa's most familiar faces.

Display it proudly on a Skullies Display Pedestal, hang it from your rear-view mirror with our Mirror Hanging Accessory, or mount it anywhere with our Magnetic Display attachment.

Size, scale & materials

Every resin Skullie starts as a laser scan of an ethically sourced original skull. It is printed at roughly 1:6 scale (there is some variation from species to species) in plant-based, biodegradable, non-toxic resin, then hand-painted by local South African artists. Bronze Skullies are cast in solid bronze.

Retail Skullies are palm-sized: small enough for a desk, shelf or dashboard, detailed enough to study up close. Each piece is finished by hand, so expect small variations in colour and texture.

Skullies ship without a stand. The Display Pedestal fits every resin Skullie.
